Processing of all Clinical specimens including Pus, Wound swab, Genital specimens & body fluids, CSF, pleural fluid, ascetic fluid, semen, Eye swab, Sputum, Catheters, Urine, and Stool • Preparation of KOH wet prep and analysis for Fungal pathogens and then partially reporting. Csf Cryptococcal antigen testing, fecal occult blood test, and wet prep of stool (ova, cyst, parasite). Processing of Gen Xpert for Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, C. Diff &
