MEP ENGINEER (GOLF COURSE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT) at ACES DHA CITY KARACHI (2024-07 – Present)

• Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for the construction of an international-standard golf course and associated facilities.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Supervise the fabrication, installation, alignment, and hydrostatic testing of HDPE, PVC, DI, and MS piping systems for irrigation, drainage, and utility networks.
• Manage the construction and installation of underground drainage systems, stormwater pipelines, manholes, catch basins, and surface water collection networks.
• Coordinate the installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning of centrifugal pumps, booster pumps, irrigation pump stations, valves, strainers, pressure gauges, and associated mechanical equipment.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of automatic irrigation systems, including sprinkler heads, pop-up sprinklers, valve boxes, control valves, lateral and mainline piping, and irrigation controllers.
• Monitor irrigation infrastructure for golf course fairways, greens, tees, rough areas, and landscape zones to ensure uniform water distribution and efficient system performance.
• Coordinate nursery irrigation systems, including water supply networks, pumps, filtration units, control valves, and sprinkler/drip irrigation installations.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as-built drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and consultant requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, survey teams, and QA/QC engineers for smooth execution of MEP works.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, monitor work progress, and ensure quality workmanship throughout project execution.
• Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests (IRs), material requests, and project documentation while maintaining accurate site records.
