I have worked as Service Quality officer for 1.5 years in which I have performed telephonic mystery shopping, conducted customer satisfaction surveys on the basis of deposit base sampling of the customers and reported the same to the State Bank of Pakistan, Monitoring of Call Center and their Quarterly performance, Complaints Analysis and making dashboards to present the insights in Quarterly Meeting with the CEO and management Committee , Annual compilation of Conduct Assessment Frame work of the Bank to report the same for regulatory requirements, & for 6 months I am elected to serve with an additional task of Marketing Coordinator in which I have assisted Group Head of Marketing & Service Quality in conducting town hall meetings 2021 pan Pakistan, drafting presentations & budgeting of the event, scheduling of the event & traveling plan for the CEO,CFO,& all the members of Management Committee of the bank, followed by Compliance Risk Officer position which was my last designation in which I have worked as a Law Enforcement Agency Service officer as well as a Compliance Risk Officer with responsibilities of drafting reply to the agencies officers enquires, recovery of invaded tax amount with legal opinion, also cascading the State Bank Circulars for their implementation in respective departments, getting data from the stake holders and perform data cleanliness and cascade the same to State Bank

I have done Masters in Applied Mathematics (Electives : Financial Modeling and Risk Management, Graph Theory, Numerical Analysis, Discrete Mathematics, Advance Engineering Mathematics) & previously I have done Bachelors of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering & done internships in 3 leading organizations.
