Arsalan Ali

Dedicated lecturer with an experience of more than 07 years in teaching and managerial positions teaches different business studies and accounting subjects at Intermediate and Bachelor’s level. Being an experienced lecturer got proficiency in developing new lessons, using different presentation modalities, delivering conceptual knowledge and extensive participation on committees and extra-curricular activities. As a patient educator have the ability to collaborate successfully with children, parents, and staff.

My future prospect as an academician is to improve knowledge and learning, being part of environment that is conducive and challenging.

• Worked as Deputy Manager Research and Development at Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan for almost 6 months. My key responsibilities were to Co-ordinate different training programs along with training manuals development and also Co-ordination of different research projects if any with in organization or in collaboration with some other organization. Period of working In AKFP was from Dec 2015 to May 2016.
• Worked as Lecturer Commerce and Management at Horizon Commerce and Degree College Chakwal. I am working in this institute from August 2016 to February 2023.

I have done M.Phil in Management Sciences with specialization in Human Resource Management from Riphah International University Islamabad. My topic of Research Thesis Study for completion of degree was: Impact of Quality of Leader-Member Exchange Relationship on Creative Work Involvement and Affective Organizational Commitment of Employees: Role of Uncertainty Avoidance .
