Worked in team and as an individual in analysis and design of many residential and commercial building structure including high-rise building apartments, bungalows, schools, factories & warehouses covering millions of square feet of design area.
- Direct engineering and construction projects and oversee full project lifecycle from studying client’s needs, architectural needs, structures design submission, project delivery and regulatory filings.
- Facilitate active communication with project leads, engineers, and construction managers; discuss and resolve engineering issues and ensure construction as per design standards and client expectations.
- Analysis & design of basement+ground+31 story residential & commercial building having design area of 1.15 million square feet approximately. • Managed full spectrum of City residencia, including appropriate placement of shear walls & columns, conducting meetings with the architect and the client, supervision of structural drawings.
- Analysis & design of basement+ground+13 story residential & commercial building having design area of 270,000 square Feet approximately having 21 pick-up columns.
- Quantity estimation of structural drawings.
- Preparation of all bill of quantities & bar bending schedule.
