• Coordinated and conducted six regional- and district-level inspection workshops in Karachi, Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Larkana, Sukkur, and Mirpurkhas in collaboration with DSEs, DEOs, TEOs, and Head Teachers to support the design and implementation of data-driven student attendance redressal mechanisms, including gender-disaggregated indicators.
• Conducted Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) with AG Sindh, DSEs (Hyderabad, Sukkur, and Larkana), DEOs (Ghotki, Jacobabad, Kashmore, Kamber Shahdadkot, Shikarpur, Sanghar, Thatta, Sujawal, and Mirpurkhas), and DAOs (Matiari, TMK, Sujawal, and Mirpurkhas) to benchmark roles and performance against KPIs and institutional mandates, generating evidence-based recommendations to strengthen school leadership and management.
• Led Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) across all 12 SELECT project districts with DEOs (Primary & Secondary), TEOs, (male and female) Head Teachers (male and female) at the taluka level to map roles, responsibilities, and performance targets. Benchmarked findings against KPIs, job descriptions, and institutional mandates, generating practical recommendations to strengthen school leadership and management capacity.
• Conducted comprehensive Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for DSEs, DEOs, TEOs, Cluster Head Teachers and Head Teachers, assessing institutional and functional structures, human resource capacity, strengths, best practices, and gaps, and developed standardized training manuals in English, Sindhi and Urdu.
• Designed and coordinated phased training implementation plans, including monitoring and evaluation frameworks, pre- and post-training assessments, and tools to measure participant learning, training effectiveness, and on-the-job application of skills.
• Coordinated field testing of training modules using structured pre-test tools during three-day sessions with selected Master Trainers from PITE, DCAR, DSEs, RSU, and PMIU. Ensured the relevance and quality of content by facilitating observations by the Material Review and Development Committee and incorporating feedback for the final approval of the training manual.
• Organized and delivered six days Training of Master Trainers (ToT) programs to ensure sustainability and continuity of school leadership and management training initiatives at provincial and district levels.
• Coordinated and facilitated Three-days, pilot training workshop across two districts, Sanghar and Matiari for cluster Head Teachers and Head Teachers Successfully delivered capacity-building training to 80 participants, with a focus on leadership roles, attendance monitoring, and redressal mechanisms.
• Coordinated and facilitated six-days, Face-to-Face Scale-up training workshops across twelve districts, Jacobabad, Shikarpur, Kashmore, Ghotki, Kamber Shahdadkot, Thatta, Badin, Sujawal, Mirpurkhas, TMK, Matiari, Sanghar including Karachi and Hyderabad Divisions, for PITE, STEDA, DCAR, CMO, M&E staff, TTIs, DSEs, DEOs and Taluka Education Managers, Cluster Head Teachers, and Head Teachers. • Organized, and managed first and second quarterly follow-up workshops (conducted over a two-month post-training period) for DEOs and TEOs from twelve districts at the Provincial Institute of Teacher Education (PITE), Nawabshah, with a focus on strengthening strategies for student attendance, retention, and academic progression.
• Coordinated and facilitated first and second quarterly capacity-building follow-up workshops across three districts (Mirpurkhas, Matiari, and Thatta) for Cluster Head Teachers, Head Teachers and School Management Committees (SMCs), aimed at strengthening school-level strategies to improve student attendance, retention, and academic progression.
• Conducted systematic on-the-job assessments of school leadership practices using structured tools and performance indicators to identify gaps and improvement needs in routines, knowledge, and skills. Engaged DEOs (Primary), TEOs (Primary & Secondary), Cluster Head Teachers, and Head Teachers across 12 districts of Sindh, assessing a total of 228 participants.
