• Manage in the development and implementation of Plants policies, processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled.
• Review all research and development, formulation, production, quality and after-market feedbackreports for accuracyand in order to ensurethat they conformto organization and department requirements, policies and standards.
• Solely responsible for designing and application of production strategies through managerial staff to regulate the process of sales orders with the aim to achieve highest customer satisfaction. 
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures across the department in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
• Administrate to the development of the Plant objectives, aligned with the overall strategy to ensure vertical and horizontal integration with other interfacing initiatives and departments across the organization.
