My passion lies in designing solutions that are not only technically sound but also user-friendly, secure, and scalable. As a programmer, I enjoy creating efficient and innovative code, while my experience as a cybersecurity analyst and network administrator has deepened my understanding of protecting data and managing robust IT infrastructures.

In my role as a researcher, I continuously stay ahead of emerging trends, and as an instructor, I have the pleasure of sharing my knowledge and inspiring others to explore the vast potential of technology. • IT Management: Ensure efficient, secure functioning of IT systems by overseeing hardware, software, networks, and IT projects, and implementing policies and procedures.
• Communication Management: Manage communication systems (email, messaging, phones) and related projects, ensuring effective functionality and policy implementation.
• Budgeting & Planning: Develop and manage IT and communication budgets, forecast expenses, and identify cost-saving measures to meet tech needs within budget.
• Team Management: Set goals, conduct evaluations, and support training and development for IT and communication teams.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to IT and communication systems, including data breaches and failures, and develop recovery and continuity plans.
• Vendor Management: Oversee vendor selection and contracts, ensuring performance and alignment with organizational needs.
• Collaboration & Liaison: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and effective communication between IT, communication teams, and other stakeholders.
