Since January 2003, I have gained extensive experience working both as a team member and independently on ERP software products for business management, warehouse operations, and medium-sized Oracle databases. I have designed mid-sized database systems and am adept at working independently within clients' environments, from initial conception to implementation, aiming to achieve a high level of client satisfaction in transitioning to paperless environments as a techno-consultant.

I worked on a Production Database Management System (PDM) project where we received data in CSV format from clients. Our task was to migrate this data into a separate database while adhering to a provided schema, which posed challenges during migration. As a System Architect, I analyzed the initial schema and proposed various solutions to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to address schema constraints that hindered migration.

Concurrently, I created new entities and integrated them into the schema with different constraints, checks, and keys as required. Throughout this process, I developed database objects such as functions, views, and triggers using complex SQL queries to implement business logic in PostgreSQL DB via DBeaver Tool. Additionally, I worked on other projects involving the creation of various data extraction queries to meet specific client analysis requirements.

Currently, I am working on the NTC (National Telecom Corporation) Project, a client-server application developed for the National Telecommunication Corporation. This software facilitates billing for landline phones and post-paid services, comprising two main components: Mediation, Charging, Billing, Customer Information CRM, and Stub Collection.

In my role as a Software Developer, I oversee the monthly billing process covering over 150 cities and nine major regions (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, and Hyderabad). Additionally, I prepare various monthly reports for senior management and handle queries related to these reports. For this project, I utilize Oracle 11g, Form6i, Report Builder6i, and PL/SQL Developer.
