• Responsible for managing the financial aspects of the business by generating cash and controlling expenses.
• Marketing for the addition of new franchises and maintaining the already running franchises.
• Conduct market survey, analyze data, and prepare reports about market, competitors activities and their sales.
• Hold responsibilities for trial of newly launched products and marketed product on different crops, different conditions and areas receive feedback from end users, analyze them for developmental strategy and send feedback to the company.
• Conduct Farmer meetings, Field days after field trials, High Profiles and Multimedia presentations.
• Order taking from Franchisee and growers than give them the after sales services such as product delivery, supervision of spray, complaint handling and returning of products.
• Documentation and paper work for the credit limits of Franchisee and then recoveries of credit from them.
• Achieve targets of total collection and sales. Achieve targets of specific products in terms of both volume and value.
