Senior Administrative Associate Protocol - UNICEF Pakistan (July 2013-Present).
OIC of Senior Admin Associate: In absence of Senior Administrative Associate I used to be his back up and provide different support to Supervisor on budget performance,General Administration,Purchase & Sale Requisitions,Work Orders .Reconciliation of Monthly Invoices, Purchasing of office equipment and supervision of Janitorial staff .
Interim Operation Associate: For more than six months, I worked as an Interim Operations Associate with the Chief of Operations, where I was responsible for providing operational and administrative support for the organization of internal management and operational meetings such as Operations Meetings, CRC Meetings, annual reviews, work planning meetings, workshops, Heads of Units meetings, and operations section meetings, as well as the recording of minutes and/or notes at such meetings. I used to assess the personnel file system on a regular basis and recommend relevant tweaks and improvements to guarantee easy retrieval and maximum advantage from the system.
