I am Asma Iftikhar, a Clinical Psychologist currently working at Allied II/DHQ Hospital. I have hands-on experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of psychological and emotional issues. I am passionate about promoting mental health awareness and providing evidence-based therapies to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.

I believe in creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment for my clients. In addition to my clinical role, I have actively participated in multiple workshops and seminars related to mental health, counseling techniques, psychological assessment, and professional ethics. These experiences have helped me stay updated with the latest practices in the field and strengthened my clinical competencies.

Along with my ongoing psychological practice, I have over 7 years of experience in home tuition, which has strengthened my skills in communication, patience, and educational support. This background has enhanced my ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and families, both in therapeutic and academic settings.
