• Isolated and cultured Lactobacillus spp. from honey and honey bee gut.
• Identified bacterial isolates using DNA extraction, PCR, and Sanger sequencing.
• Evaluated probiotic potential through in vitro probiotic characterization assays.
• Performed antimicrobial activity and antibiotic susceptibility testing (AST).
• Analyzed, interpreted, and documented microbiological and molecular research findings.
