I'm a Senior Security Supervisor with 25+ years of experience — starting as a Chief Warrant Officer in the Pakistan Air Force working on F-16 flight controls and avionics, then moving into flight safety and risk management for an entire air base, and now running physical security for a university with 40+ guards across multiple sites.

Senior Security Supervisor August 2024 – Present | Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage — Sukkur • Direct multi-site security operations, supervising and training a 40+ member guard force (retired armed forces and civilian personnel) with continuous 24/7 coverage — deploying guards strategically by caliber and site risk level.

• Pioneered the university's Security Section, establishing standard security procedures, protocols, and order of operations; maintain digital records of guests, visitors, vendors, and laborers via a PC-based tracking app for auditready access.
• Maintain walkthrough electronic gate operations, ensuring foolproof security screening for all personnel and visitors.
• Enforce regular patrolling rounds across campus, boundary lines, and blind spots to close coverage gaps.

• Conducted human-factor safety evaluations using root-cause analysis to identify latent risks and drive proactive corrective action.
• Led more than 30 incident and near-miss investigations, applying evidence-based analysis to strengthen base-wide safety policy.
• Conducted scheduled and surprise safety audits across every work center on base, achieving 100% compliance in every audit.

In-Charge, Technical Orders & Tool Store (Site Security & Asset Control) January 2019 – December 2021 | Pakistan Air Force • Operationally supported all maintenance activities as a key catalyst for safe flying operations, directing 24/7 site operations and asset control with full audit-ready documentation.

• Administered a controlled-access store and compliance office, maintaining strict stock security and issuance tracking.
• Successfully implemented the Automated Tool Management System and Automated Logistics System for the Air Force, enabling quick reference and ready accountability.
• Continuously conducted self-administered work center audits in line with PAF Aviation QA/QC safety standards, maintaining constant audit readiness. Team Leader & Operations Supervisor November 2000 – December 2018 | Pakistan Air Force (Flight Control Supervisor 2000–2011; In-Charge Avionics Trade 2012– 2018) • Held final inspection sign-off authority on F-16 flight control and avionics systems (MLU, Block-52) while serving with the Griffins and Arrows, two of PAF's elite fighter units — clearing unserviceable aircraft within allotted timeframes.
