As a licensed clinical psychologist with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Bahria University, I have more than five years of experience in providing mental health counseling and services to diverse populations. I currently work as a clinical psychologist at Governement hospital and Rehman Medical Center, where I perform and interpret psychometric assessments, prepare and maintain psychological evaluation reports, supervise the interns, organize workshops and training sessions, and deliver psychotherapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Behavior Therapy (BT), Exposure Therapy (ET), Hypnotherapy, Eidetic Therapy, and Play Therapy. I have dealt with patients with various psychological and mental issues, such as depression, anxiety, emotional and interpersonal issues, personality disorders, OCD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and others.

I have also provided grief counseling, interpersonal counseling, couples therapy, and family therapy.

My goal is to help my clients achieve optimal mental health and well-being, by using evidence-based and client-centered approaches. I have a strong background in clinical research and practice, having completed multiple certifications and publications in the field of hypnotherapy, neurocognitive behavioral therapy, and career counseling therapy. I am also a registered clinical psychologist with the Dubai Health Authority, and I am looking forward to expanding my professional network and learning opportunities in the UAE.
