• Responsibility for preparation of bank/cash payment vouchers and posting them in SAP and ensure completeness of the supporting documents of payment voucher.
• Preparation of vendor payment as per the approved plan to ensure compliance of payment commitments.
• Recording of outgoing payments related to custom duties and IBFT.
• Preparation of payments related to employee advance, loans, final settlement, EOBI, and PESSI within due time as per SOP.
• Follow up and payment execution of utility bills and maintain record of all transaction for SOP compliance and audit purposes.
• All payments related to duties, vendor payments, employee payments are duly recorded in bank position in excel file.
• Processing of financial transaction secure and accurate uploading payments file to online banking platform.
• Reconciliation of financial records by comparing internal data with external bank statements, identifying, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
