Ayma Aftab

I am Ayma Aftab, Mphil, PhD in molecular biology.

I have been working in Alkdhimat Diagnostic Center Multan, Pakistan from last three years as molecular biogist.

My main role / reaponsibilities are:

• Performing real time Quantitative and qualitative PCR of HCV, HBV , HDV and corona virus.

2.calibration and running standards

• Lot verification and running controls to maintain integrity of the results.

4.Maintaining records

• Analysis and Reporting of results

I have an experience of working on epigenetics during my Ph.D research. I also did sequencing during that time span. Moreover, I also worked with Dr.Kyoung Won in University of Pennsylvania during my stay over there for a period of six months.
