Ayyan Ud Din

Microbiology graduate with hands-on expertise in molecular cloning, PCR-based techniques, microbial culture, bacterial identification, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing. My research interests focus on molecular and structural immunology, host–pathogen interactions, viral immunology, and antibody discovery. I am particularly interested in developing expertise in molecular cloning, recombinant protein expression, antibody screening, and functional characterization of antibodies against infectious diseases.

I aim to pursue graduate research focused on understanding mechanisms of infection and immunity and developing antibody-based diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
