   • Proficiently led and coordinated the operations team, acting as a vital liaison between workers and upper management.
   • Delivered significant projects by installing and completing the operation of three ARCA anti-counterfeit machines, as well as the installation of a robot palette conveyor system, which considerably increased production output.
