Also controlled the Drawing Data Management System (DRPRO 2013) for the Neelum Jhelum Consultants.

PICIIP aims to improve the efficiency and financial sustainability of five intermediate cities (Sialkot, Sahiwal, Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur and Sargodha) and effectiveness of urban services including water supply, waste water project, treatment, solid waste management, transport infrastructure and up gradation of Punjab Local Government Academy Lalamusa.
Unit is the Technical Advisor on the Program design, planning, environmental compliance, urban planning and Capacity Building Components.

Neelum Jhelum Hydroelectric Project is located in the vicinity Muzaffarabad (AJ&K). It envisages the diversion of Neelum river water through a tunnel out falling into Jhelum River. Project has installed capacity of 969 MW.
The total length of head race tunnel is 28.5 Km. A 15.1 Km stretch of the tunnel will be constructed as a twin tunnel system each with x-section of 53 Sq.m. The remaining head race tunnel down to the surge chamber will be a single tunnel having x-section of 114 Sq.m The tunnels are shotcrete lined with a concrete invert.
The tunnel crosses Jhelum River approximately 200 m below its bed. The tunnel will be accessed by 7 Adits for construction and rock support.

Located in the peaceful district of Mansehra, this project had been studied in detail since 1960 by renowned international consultants like Chas T. Main, Montreal Engineering Company Limited, NESPAK and GTZ (Germany) when it was finally advertised for development in the private sector in 2005. SK Hydro hired Mott MacDonald Ltd to conduct the bankable feasibility study which confirmed the potential and benefits of this unique hydropower scheme.
