After completing my Bachelor of Architect in 2008, I had the opportunity to work with the most reputable architectural firm "ASA Pvt. Ltd" in Karachi, Pakistan & "AIC Arredo Industries" in Dubai, UAE, as an Architect.

During my professional journey, I have worked on several projects of different scales including Architectural, Residential, and Interior Design, through this journey I had earned the in-depth understanding of Architectural concepts and details. I had enhanced my Leadership, Team Management, Designing & Technical skills and besides that I had also explored new creative ideas and implement on my projects.

Lead Architect at AGAMJOT DESIGN STUDIO (2018-12 – Present)

We offer a wide range of consultancy services including but not limited to designs for office spaces, restaurant ambiances, retail spaces, or a space that you want to see transformed and utilized to its best. We work with you through and through by offering construction drawings, BOQ, quotes, and anything else to ensure a high-quality customer experience. What makes us unique is that we are not limited to design consultancy, but we also offer execution services including all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural consultancy services to ensure successful completion.

Project Architect at Khaadi SMC Pvt. Ltd. (2015-06 – 2018-10)

• Initiating: Understanding clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building. Acquiring key information about potential projects, and discussing requirements in detail with clients.
• Design Concept: Inspecting and surveying Site. Producing rough sketches and a mood board - a collection of suitable images, colors, and materials.
• Design Development: Working and supervising a team of CAD operators and 3D visualizer to develop detailed Plans, Section, Elevation, details, and 3D models.
• Design finalization and coordination: Coordinating with HAVC, Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing consultants and structural engineer to make sure that plans are technically feasible. Finalizing fittings, furniture, lighting, and finishes, and providing samples to clients. Working closely with quantity surveyors and project managers to establish costs and work schedules.
• Execution and supervision: Preparing Tender and construction packages for the contractor. Working with a team of the Project manager, contractor, resident engineer to make sure overall Smooth run of project and finish on time within a budget.

Project Architect at AIC Arredo Industries (L.L.C) (2011-07 – 2013-07)

Interior Design & Build

• Designing & developing from the conceptual initial sketches & making the formal and shop drawings of commercial projects.
• 3D visualization of the projects for understandings & presentation purpose.
• Development of submittal drawing to get approval from Dubai Municipality and concerned departments.
• Coordinating with production & project managers to implement as per the drawing & specifications.

Project Architect at PMD (private) Limited, Pakistan (2010-06 – 2011-05)

Project Management and Consulting Services. I was involved in the analysis and designing process of various housing schemes initiating from site analysis & going through cost estimation, zoning, & circulation towards the individual units (One-unit bungalows, Duplexes, Two & Three bedrooms apartment towers). During the designing & estimating process I was consistently involved in discussing the issue with the consultants and keeping the team in loop to avoid ambiguity.

• 22 Acre residential scheme at Karachi.
• 32 Acre residential scheme hawks bay at Karachi
• Gorakh Hills resort in Sindh, Pakistan.

Project Architect at Arshad Shahid Abdulla (2009-04 – 2010-01)

• To survey, evaluate, design & develop projects with the alliance of consultants and contractors
• Each project was included the initial conceptual sketches, formal and shop drawings, 3D visualizations, review BOQ cost estimation produced by quantity surveyor.
• Used to visit the sites and sorting out & addressing the issues & try to implement the design as per drawings & specifications.
• To design and develop ASA official website in coordination with the web developer.
