Job opportunity for Company Secretary position at Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Company (NJHPC) Pvt. Ltd., a private hydropower company requiring a qualified and experienced professional with expertise in corporate governance, company laws, and regulatory compliance.

Company Secretary (Required Experience) - Public / Private Sector

Minimum 10 years experience of Public / Private Sector having expertise in the following areas:

• Well conversant with Company Laws, Corporate Governance Rules and other relevant Laws
• Well-versed with SOE Act-23, SECP Rules & Regulations, its compliance and other Corporate Regulations applicable to the company
• Conducting meetings like BoD, AGM in accordance with Corporate Governance Rules
• Drafting of Notices, Resolutions and preparation of Agenda Books & Working Papers for meetings
