Assistant plant operator operations - Uch Power station

Combined Cycle Power Complex 990 MW Uch 2 Expansion Project (Engie). From Aug-2018 till to date. I fully participate in routine activities with full interest and now I am working as an Assistant plant operator operations at Uch Combined Cycle power plant. It is comprised with 2 GE Gas turbine type PG9171E along Two Tri-pressure with integral Deaerator, Two HRSGs and one Single Casing Condensing type Steam Turbine of Fuji Electric Japan.

• To perform daily routines during normal operation of the plant and Monitor and visually inspection of plant equipments and equipment indicators to detect operating problems and get adjustments or minor repairs as required as per instruction of CCR.
• To perform Start up/shut down and fault finding, problem reporting of Gas turbines, Steam turbine, HRSG, Raw Water & Pre Treatment System, balance of plant (B.O.P), Reverse Osmosis plant with the co-ordination of CCR.
• To provide isolations for PTW' and de-isolations after maintenance and testing of individual equipment or the whole system.
• Plant running equipment logging of running hours record, chrono logs and reports & perform firefighting drills.
