I am serving as an Assistant Professor in Department of Mathematics as an Applied Mathematician since August 2007 after successful completion of MS (Mathematics) degree from Lahore University of Management Science (LUMS) Lahore Pakistan in 2017. Under faculty development program in Comsats university I was awarded a scholarship in 2013 for PhD from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia and completed my PhD in 2016.
The area of my research is Applied and Computational Complex Analysis and during my PhD, I developed a numerical technique for finding the zeros of Ahlfors map (this problem has been unsolved for many years) using integral equation method on bounded multiply connected regions. And currently working or different applied and analysis fields and published many international journal papers.
Based on the focus on teaching and research excellence in Comsats University Islamabad, Lahore campus, Pakistan. I feel myself a potential candidate for the position of Associate Professor in Mathematics as my qualifications, expertise and experience strongly matches with the requirement of this post on the basis of followings:
I started my teaching career since 2007 as a lecturer and promoted to assistant professor in 2011. I have been actively involved in teaching a range of courses both at undergraduate and graduate level.
Regarding undergraduate teaching: I have great experience of teaching to allied engineering disciplines including computer engineering, software engineering, chemical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering. Whilst regarding graduate level courses, I have taught to both MS and PhD level students with Mathematics as major (Complex Analysis, Advanced Complex Analysis, Geometric Function Theory)
With profound regards.
