Process Plant Operator at Oil & Gas development company Limited, Pakistan (2022-06 – 2023-06)

Gas Dehydration & Well Operation at Oil & Gas development company Limited, Pakistan. Oil & Gas development company Limited, Pakistan of Companies is a Sector Oil & Gas Exploration and Production (E&P) Company Operating in Onshore and Offshore areas, Nationally. Responsible for defining the appropriate field policies and procedures maximizing field production efficiency while minimizing the Process total cast (production downtime, spare parts, manpower etc.), coordinating with production, and safe operations to guarantee the prompt, safe and environment respecting execution of all Process activities. Total 01 years of working experience as Process Plant Operator at Inlet Separation, Gas Dehydration Unit in Oil & Gas Sector.

Experience including flushing, blowing, pressure testing instrument loop checking and machinery solo run with vendors. Good understanding & reading skill about Isometrics, P&ID & PFD. Developed the operating Procedures to ensure the smooth operation with minimum downtime & safe execution of maintenance jobs.

• Responsible to monitoring & control overall plant operation (Field + Control Room) and maintain the operating conditions under desired limits
• To monitor and control the operation of Water Removal Unit by manipulating the TEG flow to maintain the quality of sweet Gas as per requirements
• Operate and fine-tune the plant operating parameters for optimum plant efficiency
• Take decisive actions and communicate with Incharge Shift, field operators in case of troubleshooting, emergency, equipment failure or any process deviations
• Operated support utilities such compressor Respond to alarms, and problems according to standard operating Procedures
• Troubleshooting, start-up and shutdown of the absorber, flash vessel, re-boiler, booster centrifugal pumps, carbon and cartridge filters
• Keep regular updates regarding lab result & relevant parameters limits
• Controlling and Maintaining of Sale Gas Quality for customer requirement and satisfaction
• Authorize and co-sign maintenance work permits (PTW)
• Develop and review the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Performs system start-up and shutdown as per procedures
• Prepare process plant and equipment for maintenance by applying specified isolations/venting
• Prior to start-up of plant or equipment, inspect and confirm suitability to return to normal service
• Perform analysis potential Risk and Hazards if any for future operation and maintenance
• Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
