Erina is a high achiever, energetic, and knowledgeable Nutrition Graduate with a B.Sc. Food Science and Human Nutrition from Kinnaird College for Women University with a 3.8 CGPA. She has already gained practical knowledge in Clinical Nutrition, Public and Community Health Services, with variety of key skills i.e., dietary assessment, meal planning and counseling besides started sessions of some regular clients.
She has attended internship at Fatima Memorial Hospital, visited various communities, e.g., a school and an old age home, assessed health conditions of students and elderly residents thus recommended dietary guidelines. In pursuit of her passion to be a world-class Clinical Nutritionist, she plans to engage in clinical practices, privately and at hospitals, aesthetic clinics and gyms to improve health issues i.e., diabetes, obesity, hypertension, micronutrient deficiencies and digestive disorders, etc. Passionate to apply nutrition practices to promote healthy and happy lifestyles at individual and community level.
