• Led full-cycle development of a real estate transaction management platform (React, Redux, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, MongoDB) for a Canadian brokerage, integrating live MLS listing feeds alongside manually created listings.
• Architected a multi-tenant portal system — each brokerage manages its own agents, with separate client and lawyer portals, role-based access, and tailored dashboards per role.
• Built an offer-to-transaction workflow with trust deposit ledgers, invoices, and statements, plus a commission engine to auto-calculate agent fees per brokerage.
• Integrated QuickBooks Online (QBO) API to automate trust invoice and statement reconciliation, reducing manual accounting workload.
