Managing team of drive testers, supporting Philadelphia, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus, McAllen, and Dallas Markets. Worked on Actix, XCAL, Airview, and TEMS and kept track of the activities.
• Post Processing of Cluster Drives. 5G NR testing and troubleshooting. Supporting for improving KPIs like Accessibility, Retainability, and Mobility (RRC Setup success rate, IRAT Handover success rate, DL & UL Throughput measurement & Drop calls).
