Duties:
- Administer local wired LAN and Controller-based Wireless LAN Environment of FFHO.
- Maintaining Network Devices Configuration Backups and Firmware.
- Monitoring of Network Devices through PRTG Monitoring System.
- Follow Documented processes i.e., implementing change control procedures approved by Higher Management.

- Monitoring and Managing the Environmental Control System of FFHO Data Center and FFHO Disaster Recovery Site Data Center.
- Monitoring and Managing CCTV System of FFHO Data Center and FFHO DR Site Data Center.
- Cost saving by negotiating with Vendors and contractors to deliver equipment and services.
- IP Whitelisting from PTA. Purchased IPs from PTCL and Nayatel.

Worked with the organization as an Officer Grade III from August 2005 till March 2009 as an IT Support.
Duties:
- Provide training on Windows Operating Systems, MS Office, Banking Operation Systems (Symbol), and Local LAN connectivity to the End Users.
- IT Support to North Region Branches of FBL at 40 x locations for local LAN/ Dual WAN Links.
- Resolving Vendors related issues warranty, and SLAs of the North Region FBL branches.
- New IT Equipment Installation and Configuration at FBL North Region Branches.

Worked with the organization as a Support Officer from October 2004 till July 2005.
Duties:
- Provide Support services to the End Users of Dial-up and ISDN connections regarding Slow speed/ disconnection and User account verification logging problems.
