Reflection is an important part of my learning, and professional, process; I adapt my teaching approach steadily to meet the various needs and interests of my students. This involves coming up with creative ways to boost engagement and deepen their comprehension, as well as recognising when to simplify information. I advocate an empathic stance to working through students' challenges, with emphasis on giving them space and support to grow confidently.
I enjoy working independently - as well as part of a team - on diverse projects, particularly in the field of research, and value skill development.
