Being a driven professional with over 15 years of experience in leadership and education, I have demonstrated my ability to lead teams to success on numerous projects, despite working in the sector of education. 

My resume includes information about a number of jobs and initiatives that demonstrate my aptitude for management and leadership. All of these projects had funding and were completed on schedule and with the available funds. Collaboration and team-management abilities are clearly demonstrated. Finding better strategies and more effective answers to problems is what motivates and inspires me. My guiding principles for success are exploration, pursuit, and motivation. My essential skills in project management, using new technical skills during training sessions, and having complete command over leading skill-based training sessions and workshops that are fully engaged with hands-on experience sessions are what I most contribute to my former role as an educator and the field as a whole. I have cultivated a reputation as a significant contributor by exercising great leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving talents. The proof lies in the successful completion of UN programs.

I work cooperatively with peers and look for opportunities to incorporate useful insights as a team player. Because of these attributes, I am confident in my capacity to encourage group effort and positive change. My professional experiences are easily evident in working with people of different nationalities and managing deadlines, especially while multitasking. I have completed my coursework Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Comsats University Islamabad, where I focused on the molecular mechanisms underlying Autism behavior in young children and my Synopsis is under consideration for approval. During my doctoral studies, I gained a deep understanding of biochemistry, biophysics, and molecular biology, which I applied to my research projects. My research has a complete diagnostic measure for Autistic children in Pakistan.

I am also an experienced teacher and have served as a Science Advisor at Sheikh Zayed institute Islamabad where I have developed and taught lab sessions, led group discussions, and provided one-on-one tutoring to students. These experiences have honed my ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly and foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

Moreover, I am keenly interested in using my research to address real-world problems and positively impact society. I believe that the interdisciplinary nature of biochemistry provides a unique opportunity to bridge fundamental scientific research with practical applications.
