Co-ordinate, assist and supervise the day to day work activities of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
Supervise and oversee growing, crop maintenance, harvesting and other crop related operations.
Inspect crops and fields to determine, maturity, yield, work requirements such as cultivating, wedding or harvesting.
Evaluate weather and soil condition.
Identify and communicate key improvement areas and regenerative agriculture practices with respect to production, quality, and food safety to grower and supplier.
Assist farm manager with agronomic decision.
