Currently working as KYC Officer in Compliance Group since August 21, 2023 to till date and managing following activities:

• Reviewing of FCCM cases in KYC module.
• Ensure Client documentation is timely, accurate and complete and events properly documented in supporting software e.g. T24 & IMS.
• Reviewing of system generated alerts.
• Take up with branches where threshold in personal accounts exceeds the approved limit.
• Investigating high risk clients and reporting where necessary, including Politically Exposed Persons, and obtaining all necessary documentation to complete the client file.
• Review the documents according to the KYC & AML policy and procedures Corporate and individual accounts.
• Periodical review of KYC records as to completeness, including verifying that due diligence has been performed standards are complied with.
• Provide assistance to UH in building a healthy working relationship with the team to nurture talent, encourage qualitative and timely output and manage individual performance and expectations.
• Any other assistant as required by Manager/UH/DH(CAMLO).

Account Opening Officer - The Bank of Punjab - CPU

• Scrutinize documents related to individual account.
• Opening Account as per source of income of customer according to the documents.
• Arrange evidences and rectification of SBP and Internal audit observations.
• Implementation of regulatory requirement.
