Hi,
I have been working as a Senior Presales Consultant in Avanza Solutions since 2014. We focus on solutions tailored for banking industry / FSI market / orher verticals especially in the area of Customer Experience platform (i.e. CRM), ATM Controller and Middleware solutions, Digital banking etc .
I am passionate about working on new products especially in the FSI market/ other verticals as well. I like to give Presentations / Demos, Conduct Requirement Gathering sessions, providing Consulting to customers and Sales team on how best the solution can be placed etc etc. At the same time I keep myself updated with latest trends / events, provide continuous feedback to Product teams on customer demands and competitor offerings to keep the solutions updated.
Currently working as AVP Presales since 2021
Previous position was Senior Presales Consultant since 2014.
Worked as a Presales Consultant on Contact Center Solutions from 2008 to 2014.
I have done BCS in Computer Science.
