Completing my BBA, I started my career in Human Resource as a Generalist, currently have a total of 10 years of experience in the industry with a core expertise in Organizational Development, Culture and Rewards and an exposure of different industries. The best experience so far has been with IT since it is quite progressing and well apt in adopting new HR practices. Currently, I am involved in strategic movements and Talent allocation with current employer.
