Resident Engineer

• Manage and coordinate daily activities with contractors and client representatives.
• Enforce quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals.
• Review, verify, and certify contractor’s IPCs, variations, and claims as per contract requirements.

• The UOL degree is accredited with PEC under Level-2 (Washington Accord).
