Job Responsibility’s

• Ensure that the solid control equipment and mud mixing operations are being monitored constantly.
• Inform Tool pusher /Senior Tool pusher and Client Representative if a deviation from planned operation occurs.
• Keep accurate records of fluid displacement when tubular is run in/pulled out of well.
• Supervise and direct operations in the picking up or laying down of tubular and all drilling-related equipment.
• Maintain accurate record of tubular and tool dimensions (i.e., internal and external diameter, fish neck, and serial numbers.
• Maintain equipment files, drilling logs and records; perform all technical calculations required to carry out drilling operations.

• Trip pipe, perform work on stabbing board and/or monkey board.
• Check drilling fluid weight and mix weight properly, observe pit level and report any change.
• Mix chemicals and line up mixing pump manifold.
• Assemble well-control or pressure-control equipment on the wellhead.
• Grease crown and block of derrick.
• Maintain inventory of pump parts, work on drilling pumps and change swabs, liners and pots.
• Keep oil levels consistent, grease and check oil in agitator and troubleshoot problems with pump.
• Must be capable of responding to emergency situations including, but not limited to, wellbore influxes, hydrogen supplied detection and major mechanical or structural failures.

• Responsible for greasing crown and visually checking sheaves for wear.
• Clean the mast and substructure with a high-pressure steam cleaning unit.

• Using of slips, elevator, manual tongs, power tongs & air winches.

• Assist driller during, rig down, rig up, moving rig, installation of BOP & other roustabout jobs on rig site.
• Follow the client s daily drilling/lift plans
• Work with the forklift operator to transfer tubulars, tools and other equipment to and from the rig
• Assist during casing and building, or laying down stand’s operations
• Strap and prepare tubular, tools and equipment prior to transporting to the rig floor
• Inspects equipment that will be used during lifting operations to ensure good working condition
• Maintain communication with the Driller while running casing operations and ensure the pipe tally is being followed properly
• Perform general housekeeping, maintenance and painting within the rig and rig offices
• Assist the Derrick man during operations such as mud mixing, mud product load or unloading to /from the rig, mud pumps repairs, etc.
• Occasionally relieve the Floor man or assist them during activities such as tripping and drilling
• Loading & unloading all equipment which received on the rig site. 
• Painting, Scrapping, Mud mixing, digging & cleaning mud pits.
