Hi! I’m Gohar, a Data Science student with hands-on experience working with data, building dashboards, and developing machine learning models.

Completed a real-world job simulation focused on customer churn prediction for the Data Science & Analytics team at Lloyds Banking Group.

• Built and evaluated predictive models using Random Forest and other machine learning algorithms to analyze customer churn behavior
• Achieved an ROC-AUC score of 0.82, demonstrating strong predictive performance and model reliability
• Performed advanced data preprocessing including handling missing values, encoding categorical variables, and feature scaling
