In my role as a Distribution Assistant, I am responsible for ensuring efficient inventory control and smooth material flow within the store. I manage stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method. I regularly conduct physical stock counts to identify variances, expired items, or shortages, and ensure timely reconciliation. I also handle material receiving from the warehouse, inspect goods for quality and quantity, and place them in their designated storage areas

• Manage inventory by using FIFO methods in the store.
• Check & verify Monthly Physical and Computerized Stock Report and maintain documentation daily basis.
• Carrying out physical count of stock in the assigned areas, noting variations, expiries, reconciling variations if any.
• Received material from the Warehouse Department, check them properly and keep them at their assigned location.
