Hi, it's me Hafsa Amin. I have done masters in English Literature from Punjab university of Lahore Pakistan. I have almost 4 years experience of customer service and 2 year experience as a sale officer.

I have experienced multiple app like Zendesk, Kustomer, Bliss, Salesforce, On Fido, CRM, Braze. Through these app we locate the customer or answer the queries of the customer. I think I am the most suitable person for this job as all my previous experiences correspond to this job.

However, I wish to learn more in your company as I am always eager to learn more.

I have almost 2 years experience as a CSR in mind bridge in a special UK and SSA compaign . And Two years of Experience as a CSR and sales officer in Abacus in a customer service specialist (U.S.A) I have 2 years of experience as an email support in Mind bridge as well. Furthermore, Having 1 year experience in FSMS as a sales officer.

I have done my intermediate from Lahore board pakistan. Furthermore, done my bachelor's degree from Punjab university of Lahore Pakistan

Moreover, I have done masters in English Literature from Punjab university of Lahore Pakistan.I have read almost 200+ novels, dramas, poetry Short stories.I really like the poet Keats and the dramatist Shakespeare and Marlow.
