• Developed a Voice-Based AI Assistant using a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to deliver accurate and context-aware responses. The system integrates speech-to-text functionality using OpenAI's transcription API, allowing users to interact through voice input. It retrieves relevant information from a Pinecone vector database using semantic search before generating responses with a language model, ensuring higher accuracy and reduced hallucination. Additionally, the system maintains conversation context through memory handling and converts AI-generated responses into speech using text-to-speech technology. The entire workflow was automated using n8n, combining multiple APIs and custom JavaScript logic to build a seamless, end-to-end intelligent voice assistant system
• Developed a high-precision Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistant using n8n designed to eliminate AI hallucinations. The system utilizes a GPT-4o-mini model integrated with Pinecone Vector Store for semantic document retrieval. Engineered a sophisticated system prompt architecture that enforces strict rules, ensuring the agent only provides responses explicitly found within the retrieved context and avoids generating information from its internal training data. The workflow includes a Memory Buffer Window for context persistence and is exposed via a secure Webhook API for production ready integration
• Built an automation workflow in n8n that intelligently analyzes LinkedIn posts and generates professional comments only for AI-related content. The workflow scrapes the latest LinkedIn posts using Apify, checks for duplicate posts using Google Sheets, identifies whether content is AI-related, generates concise, context-aware comments with OpenAI, and automatically skips non-AI posts, fully automating the engagement workflow through n8n.
• Designed an end-to-end Recruitment & Outreach Automation System using Make.com to remove the repetitive manual work involved in finding leads, collecting contact information, reviewing CVs, and following up. The system handles lead discovery and data collection, CV processing and contact information extraction, personalized outreach email generation, automated follow-ups, email open and reply tracking, team notifications, and CV/file management, with Airtable serving as the central data layer keeping lead information and workflow status synchronized across the entire process.
• Designed and implemented an end-to-end AI-powered Make.com workflow automating the client journey from initial inquiry through to project execution and reporting, replacing manual lead qualification, proposal/contract preparation, and status updates across multiple tools. Built an AI Lead Qualification System that analyzes project requirements and stores qualified leads in Airtable, an AI Proposal Generation Pipeline that extracts client details from meeting summaries and sends personalized proposals, webhook-based approval workflows that trigger contract generation, automated AI contract generation with Google Docs and PDF delivery, automated project onboarding & tracking synced with Airtable, and an automated client reporting system that converts daily team updates into client progress emails.
• Managed and configured HubSpot CRM across contacts, companies, and deals; built forms, workflow automations, and automated follow-up sequences; scheduled meetings and tasks with round robin assignment; and set up teams & user permissions, custom fields, lifecycle stages, and tags. Managed support tickets and lead scoring to streamline sales and marketing operations.
• Developed and managed sales funnels in GoHighLevel (GHL), including landing pages, lead capture systems, and automated follow-up sequences. Set up basic automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing and improve overall marketing efficiency.
