Independently identified a gap in legal workflow tooling for Pakistani law firms and built a cloud-based platform from the ground up - encompassing case management, client engagement, analytics, and marketplace connectivity.
Architected and built a production-ready microservices backend using FastAPI with asymmetric JWT (RS256) authentication, centralized identity management, and zero-trust security principles across all service boundaries.
Led the complete product lifecycle: market research → problem definition → technical design → frontend (React) and backend (FastAPI) development → team building → deployment planning.
Recruited and coordinated a 4-person team after reaching solo MVP, transitioning into a product lead role while retaining hands-on engineering ownership.
