• Oversee network infrastructure (VLANs, DHCP, DNS) and manage Active Directory, ensuring secure access, efficient user management, and smooth system operations across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with operating systems, software applications, printers, and other

IT equipment, delivering prompt resolutions.

• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and data recovery,

ensuring the integrity of IT infrastructure

Completed my Bachelor's in Computer Science from University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila with 125+ credit hours. Mini projects for each semesters and a Final Year Project on web application for a healthcare organization.
