I have extensive working experience in Oracle Application Database Administrator
I am Hammad Farooq Siddiqui, a Pakistani National and currently employed in Atlas Battery Limited as Section Manager Oracle Application Database Administrator in Information Technology Department since November 2020. I have completed Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information System & Bachelor of Science in Computer from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology In my Professional career, I continuously promoted in my relevant field, I started my career as a Junior Database Administrator from the Distribution company of Nestle named “Burque Corporation”.
Responsibility was Database Installation, Manage Backups and ERP operations. After serving 1 years on this position, I joined Inbox Business (Pvt) Ltd as Associate Application Database Administrator for almost 1 years and delivered multiple projects of ERP Then I joined Habib Bank Limited one of the largest Bank of Pakistan in the world, I started my job as an Assistant Manager Grade 1 in Information Technology Department and then progressed to Assistant Manager Grade 2 in Information Technology Department, my major responsibilities were Managed IT operations around 140 plus Banking Application/systems, Managed Backup sites, Integrations, ERP configuration and Functional support. I spend almost 4 years there and then got the chance to work with one of the largest Manufacturing Industry in Pakistan “Atlas Battery Limited” as an Assistant Manager Oracle Application Database Administrator. I served less than 2 years in same designation and got the promotion on July -2022 and become Section Manager Application Database Administrator in Information Technology Department on the same organization (Atlas Battery Limited ).
In my 8+ year’s career, I worked on many successful project, where I started doing projects as a team member and progressing all the way to the Project Lead position.
Recently I worked on “Oracle EBS upgrades, Oracle Database Migration, Install Middleware Products and Oracle security User Authorization” in Atlas Battery Limited in the fast moving IT Manufacturing industry, I am not limited to just implementation & upgrades. Change Management is also added in my job roles to plan & organize change management strategy.
Before that, I lead the project of Oracle EBS HCM & payroll Application, WebLogic and other Middleware related products for Habib Bank Limited.
I have a balance of technical, managerial, hard skills and soft skills, which makes me adaptable and flexible for working in every kind of situation and with every type of resource.
My interpersonal & communication skills, innovative techniques, and creative approaches have supported me throughout my working and educational experiences. I am enthusiastic to contribute my abilities and experience in United States of America.
