I have been working in the field of HR for almost 8 years and have extensive experience in Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Policy Making, Administration, and much more
I have worked with different organizations in different capacities. I started off as Content Writer and then worked my way up to editor. I then got an opportunity to work in Holiday Inn hotel as HR Officer. This was my first real foray into the field of HR. Since then I have accumulated almost 8 years of experience in multiple organizations and have command of recruitment & selection, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and much more.
I have done my Masters in Human Resource Management and have completed my M.Phil in Management Sciences.
