• Gained hands-on experience in IPD pharmacy operations, including charging, labelling, dispensing, and processing refunds for medicines and surgical items in alignment with hospital protocols.
• Assisted in preparing and reviewing discharge summaries, performed compounding tasks, and acquired working knowledge of Candela software.

INTERNSHIP at SHIFA INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL (2025-08 – 2025-09)

• Completed a structured 4-week internship across inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services.
• Rotated through central and satellite pharmacies, ambulatory care, emergency pharmacy, oncology, take-home pharmacy, and the Drug & Poison Information Centre.
