I had join the Chughtai Lab as Front Desk office and pointed in Doctor Hospital. At there I had to manage the reception cash counter and customer dealing register the patients, draw the blood samples and transfer them to related departments. During my period there I had promoted and transfer in National Hospital and Head Office (Ammar Hospital & Ali Center) as center in charge of both centers and marketing in surrounding was add in my profile.
Asst. Operation Manager - Hameed Latif Hospital - Lahore

In 2014 I had also join the Hameed Latif Hospital Laboratories as center in charge in Misri Shah Branch and after then shifted to Main Branch in Business Development Department as Area Manager. In this phase of seven years I had worked in different positions in different departments like Corporate, Accounts, Administrations, procurement, Store ETC. We develop 52 Franchise and 2 Stat Labs there.
Manager I have to handled almost 52 franchise and 4 stat labs. I have managed their staff, stock, Marketing, Compliance, Smooth Operations, Sample transportation ETC.
Supervisor Operations - Islamabad Diagnostic Center - Islamabad

As Supervisor Operation, I have managed the smooth operations of the branch. Manage staff, Roster, Smooth running of business, Patient satisfaction, Compliance, Business Development. In COVID the Govt. of Pakistan approved 5 Labs for the rapid testing at Airports. I had run this project successfully as Project Manager and rewarded by the Airport authorities.

As Manager HR & Operations I am managing the duty rosters, Customer Complaints, Phone Calls, Home Sampling, Riders Rounds, Franchise Management, Franchise timetable, Franchise Compliance, supervise all the staff of all branches, Business Development, Administration, HR, Accounts, Store, Procurements, Open new centers, new franchise, Corporate & Sales, ETC. Govt. of Pakistan privatize the Punjab Food Authority Lab. Hum Lab win the contract and give me a new extra task as Project Manager for the project of PFA.
For this project I was responsible for the Business Development (Marketing). I had developed a team there and make this project successful. I had make the contract with the food industries take samples and make sure to upload on the portal. (KFC, McDonalds, Bandu Khan, Tapal Tea, Manue, K&N's, Sabroso, Cake & Bakes, Falatie's Hotal, Nishat Hotal And a big number of companies we singed the MOU's and serve them).
