I have Two years & 6 months strong hands on experience on SAP business one.
Processing of all local and foreign purchase orders for Pakistan,
Bangladesh and Dubai’s vendors.
Getting the quotations of vendors.
Communicate with vendors about all terms and conditions.
To open & ensure the accuracy of new customer’s data names, addresses,
NTN, STRN and billing information in SAP business partner master data.
To collect & verify the product details/part numbers from sales team.
To match customer & vendor PO to make sure the same item codes.
Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
To monitor the delivery time lines to avoid any financial penalty in regard of late deliveries.
Making price comparisons for the review & approval of project custodian.
Coordination with warehouse team for material movement to respective sites in case of custodian request.
Effective management of vendor database.
Classification of vendors on the base of criteria like cost, quality, timely delivery etc.
To strong follow-up on deliveries to make sure the in time invoicing of each delivery.
To arrange logistics source for pickup & delivery of goods in cheap cost &
quick time
Maintain updated vendor files with all relevant documents
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
