I'm currently working as Sales and BD Manager in Cosmic Int'l Pakistan, a real estate and construction developer for high rise and mid rise projects.
Tasks include but not limited to,
- Maintaining site office and corporate office discipline at first
- Daily meeting with sales team regarding sales targets
- Supervising sales team to identify and reach potential buyers and early adapters of the project
- Directing and mentoring sales team for their daily follow ups with investors for engagement & working on daily leads as received
- Making formal investment quotations for investors and end users as per their budget and investment pocket
- Developing strategic sales plans and meeting concerned stakeholders to amplify the sales of the project
- Identifying emerging trends in real estate market for continuous improvisation even after the project is delivered
- Working closely with the CFD (Client Facilitation Department) for timely closure of the documentation stage after the sales of the unit is done
- Building and maintaining relationships with investors for deal closures
- Working closely with Marketing dept. for the digital image of the project
- Monthly sales target & orientation meeting to help the employees and company in their wake of growth
- Team Building and Team Management activities for best results
