Hira Altaf

I am Hira Altaf. I hold my bachelors degree in software engineering in 2018 and then I did MS in ptoject management in 2021. After completed my studies I pursue my career in teaching field where I taught for 3 years and now I joined the consultancy firm where my key responsibilities are to do counselling of a student and guide them to choose the right path.

I have over two years of teaching experience in reputable educational institutions, including Bahria Model College and Bahria University Islamabad. My roles have involved:

• Designing and delivering engaging lesson plans for diverse learners.
• Assessing student performance and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Coordinating between academic departments, faculty, and administration.
• Managing examination documentation and scheduling faculty interviews.
• Conducting academic research and preparing proposals to support educational development.

These experiences have strengthened my skills in classroom management, project coordination, teamwork, communication, and leadership. I’m passionate about creating positive learning environments and ensuring academic excellence.
